GLP-1 Notes

Fairlife milk has 13g protein vs 8g in regular milk — a meaningful difference in a small-volume smoothie. Ginger is clinically shown to reduce nausea. Frozen banana adds natural sweetness and potassium, which tends to run low on GLP-1 medications. This smoothie is designed to be consumable even on the hardest nausea days.
