1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GLPMAXX (the “Service”) — including the website at glpmaxx.com and the GLPMAXX mobile application — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GLPMAXX provides:

  • Educational content about GLP-1 medications, nutrition, and exercise
  • Personal tracking tools (injection log, weight tracker, workout log, etc.)
  • Community features where members can share experiences
  • Premium features available via subscription
  • A companion mobile application

GLPMAXX is not a healthcare provider, pharmacy, or telehealth service. We do not prescribe, dispense, or recommend specific medications for any individual.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use GLPMAXX. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
  • You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their permission.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Plans and pricing

Premium access is available as a monthly subscription ($9.99/month) or annual subscription ($79/year). Prices are in USD and may change with notice.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring schedule.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day refund for first-time subscribers who are dissatisfied with the Service. Contact support@glpmaxx.com within 7 days of your first charge to request a refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post content that is harmful, harassing, defamatory, or illegal
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Share another member's private information without consent
  • Use the Service to promote or sell competing products or services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content from GLPMAXX
  • Post medical advice, diagnoses, or prescription recommendations
  • Share content that promotes dangerous or unproven health practices

7. Community Content

When you post content (success stories, community posts, photos, comments), you grant GLPMAXX a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the Service. You retain ownership of your content.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines, at our sole discretion, without notice.

8. Medical Disclaimer

GLPMAXX is an informational and tracking platform. The content we publish — including articles, guides, calculators, and meal plans — is for general educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

GLP-1 medications are prescription drugs. Nothing on GLPMAXX constitutes a prescription, recommendation to use a specific medication, or advice to start, stop, or change a medication regimen. Always follow your prescriber's instructions.

Drug information, clinical data, and dosing information we publish reflects generally available research and may not reflect the most current labeling or prescribing guidelines. Always verify medication information with your pharmacist or prescribing physician.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on GLPMAXX — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by GLPMAXX or its content licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

GLPMAXX is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLPMAXX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to health outcomes, weight loss results, or reliance on information provided. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@glpmaxx.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which GLPMAXX is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
