We are not a covered entity under HIPAA. By using GLPMAXX, you understand that your tracking data is not protected by HIPAA and is governed by this Privacy Policy instead.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. We use a functional cookie to remember your preferences (such as dismissed banners).

Stripe — processes payments. Stripe's privacy policy governs their handling of payment data.

We retain your account and tracking data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., billing records for tax purposes, which are kept for 7 years).
