Ingredients
- 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (0% or 2%)
- ½ scoop vanilla whey protein isolate (~12g protein)
- ¼ cup low-sugar granola
- ½ cup mixed berries
- 1 tsp almond butter
Instructions

Mix protein powder into the Greek yogurt until fully incorporated.

Spoon half the yogurt into a glass or bowl.

Add a layer of berries, then the remaining yogurt.

Top with granola and a thin drizzle of almond butter.
GLP-1 Notes
Chobani Zero Sugar or Fage Total 0% work well here. The almond butter adds healthy fat and helps satiety. Skip granola if carbs are a concern — the texture holds without it.
